Our Experience

Led by founder Clayton Botkin, our team brings extensive experience across the agriculture sector, including formal credentials in One Health, Risk Management, Applied Biology, and Incident Command Systems. Clayton is a Professional Agrologist with the BC Institute of Agrologists, a licensed poultry judge, and an active leader in various national and international organizations. Our collective background includes over a decade of government service, leadership in youth development, program management, and a wealth of volunteer experience in governance and conservation.

We collaborate with a diverse range of clients, ranging from government agencies and industry associations to small non-profit organizations and individual producers. Our focus is on delivering project development, management services, and professional consulting tailored to meet specific client needs. We help clients navigate challenging and complex regulatory changes, such as those brought by British Columbia’s Professional Governance Act, and support the sector in planning, adapting, and responding to emergencies.
